There are also a handful of community events we’ll be participating in including the 7th Annual Williams Marcellus BBQ Cook-Off and the always fun Solanco Annual Fair! We hope you can join us!

 

September 5th and 6th  
PUC PIPELINE SAFETY SEMINAR

Each year the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission hosts a Gas Safety Seminar, which is open to any public utility, gas producer, pipeline company, master meter operator and any entity interested in pipeline safety. We’ll be attending this event to keep up-to-date on the latest safety tips in our industry. This years event will be held at the Penn State Conference Center Hotel.

September 6th 
PUC ELECTRIC SAFETY SEMINAR   

While at the PUC Pipeline Seminar, EcoTech will also be attending the PUC Electric Safety Seminar.  Main topics of interest include Silica awareness, conducting quality safety observations with a focus on exposure, and serious injury and fatality (SIF) identification, tracking and prevention processes.

 


 

September 14th
WILLIAMS ANNUAL MARCELLUS BBQ COOK-OFF

The 7th Annual Williams Marcellus BBQ Cook-Off benefiting the United Way is quickly approaching! The BBQ will be held at LazyBrook Park in Tunkhannock, PA on September 14 and it’s sure going to be a great time. VIP Judging begins at 1 p.m. and the stakes are high this year, so come on out and enjoy the festivities, taste some awesome bbq, and feel good about donating to the United Way.

SOLANCO ANNUAL FAIR PARADE
Location: 172 South Lime Street, Quarryville, PA 17566.

We’re excited to be participating this year at the Solanco Annual Fair in Quarryville, PA on September 19. 

Every September in Southern Lancaster County you’ll find FFA and 4-H members grooming their animals for show; proud cooks in their kitchen baking treats for the judges to sample; farmers and gardeners choosing their produce for competition; young children participating in the parades; and an overall enthusiastic and excited attitude in the citizens of the Solanco area.
