President Blake Huber of Ecotech has been in the standard excavation business for fifteen years. While on an emergency weekend call, Blake saw a hydro excavator in action and was immediately intrigued by the excitement of the growing industry. Seeing the time and labor this method would save his team, Blake founded Ecotech Hydro Excavation in 2011.
MITCH HUBER
Owner/Vice President
Owner and Vice President of Ecotech Mitch Huber has been passionate about hydro excavation since founding Ecotech in 2011. Mitch spent his career of 45 years in the construction industry. For the past 15 years, Mitch—along with his son Blake—have been working in the standard excavating field. After learning all of the pros and cons of hydro excavation, they decided the addition of hydro excavating made perfect sense.
DANA HUBER
Director of Human Resources and Finance
Dana Huber, Director of Human Resources and Finance for Ecotech, has been with the company since her husband, Blake, and his father, Mitch, began the company. She graduated from Juniata College with a degree in Organizational Communications and Marketing, so she was the perfect fit for the team to handle Human Resources, Marketing, and Finances.
RYAN FRANK
Operations Manager
Before working for Ecotech Hydro Excavation, Operations Manager Ryan Frank had worked several years at his family’s business before moving on to an excavation company where he ran equipment. He has now been working for Ecotech for the last seven years.
LORI MENDEZ
Business Development Manager
Lori Mendez, Business Development Manager at Ecotech, came to the company with 22 years of experience of sales and customer service within the construction and remodeling industry. Lori was immediately intrigued by the company's new and advanced excavation technology and decided to join the team.
CHAD BRENEMAN
Director of Safety
After 20 years of construction experience, Chad Breneman—Director of Safety at Ecotech—thought hydro excavation looked intriguing and decided to join the company. After a few years in the field as a hydro/air excavation foreman, he has learned to understand the equipment, customer needs, and the priority of safety. Now, almost four years later, he feels the best part of working at Ecotech is undoubtedly the excellent personnel that makes up the company, along with the customers they work for.
CONNIE BOYD
Accounts Receivable Specialist
Connie Boyd, the Accounts Receivable Specialist at Ecotech, has been with the company for five years. After having been involved with accounting in the construction industry for almost 20 years, Connie was looking for a change—and an opportunity was presented to join the Ecotech team. Her favorite part of working with Ecotech is the people! The team not only works well together but strives to provide the ultimate customer satisfaction for their clients.
