We’re thrilled to have Shelly Masone onboard as our new Business Development Director, for Ecotech Hydro Excavation, Severn, MD
Shelly Masone is a graduate of West Virginia University with a degree in Business Administration-Marketing including minors in Spanish and Dance. She has developed, trained, and managed both sales and marketing consultants for the past 22 years in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
Pitney Bowes Inc. started her career in direct mail advertising, advancing her to an Area Manager, F.A.M.E. Director, and Certified Postal Consultant. In 2008, as a Board Member of the Northern Virginia Postal Consumer Council, she nationally introduced the Intelligent Mail Barcode on a web-based presentation on usps.com.
She then focused on construction safety gear and promotional sportswear, as Regional Manager for the 4 Mid-Atlantic offices of G&K Services.
Shelly joined the Mid-Atlantic Blue Book team of commercial construction in 2011. She specialized in marketing, SEO, and increasing efficiencies in workflow and connections throughout the bid process. Working with construction business owners over the last decade, she helped connect the commercial construction industry in the entire Mid-Atlantic from Virginia through DC to New Jersey in planning the GC Showcase networking events. She has worked together with NUCA, ABC, ASA, Washington Building Congress, Baltimore Building Congress & Exchange, MCN, and the World of Concrete.
In 2022, Shelly joined Ecotech Hydro Excavation as their Business Development Director for the Severn, MD location. She is excited to help continue the growth of our woman-owned, family business in Maryland, DC, Virginia, and Delaware through strong commercial construction relationships. In her free time, Shelly enjoys spending time with her family skiing and traveling. She also is a choreographer and instructor at Ballet with Cindee Velle in Columbia, MD.
